The IMPACTO TEXTO is a high speed printer of best quality. With a printing rate of 800 pages per hour the Impacto is predestinated for higher Braille editions. The Impacto shows sharp and clear Braille outlines as well as infinite variable embossing depth, resulting from the particular shape of the embossing hammers. The number of moving parts has been reduced to a minimum in order to guarantee excellent reliability. The equipment maintenace is very easy and quick to carry out. A time counter indicates when there is to un-dertake routine maintenace. All printing parameters can be adjusted to the user´s needs by dialogue with a convenient operation system. Its clearly organized user´s guide and convenient help functions allow quick familiarization with all the print op-tions of Impacto Texto. The layout preview shows how the text will appear on the paper. The page layout and all the printing parameters chosen can be saved in separate configuration files and are availlable by pressing a button. Management of files to be printed can be made with: WINDOWS (95, 98, NT 4.0, ME, 2000, XP) oder MS-DOS The Impacto Texto is conform to the standards of electromagnetic compability.
